Leo Ramos
LRA CONSTRUCTION, INC. was incorporated in 1985 by Lemuel A. Ramos owner and qualifier (state licensed building contractor Lic. No. CBC – 031879).
Lemuel A. Ramos graduated Louisiana Tech University with a B.A. in construction engineering and a minor in photography. He has worked in his fathers firm ( Lemuel Ramos & Associates, Architects ) for 15 years starting as a helper, draftsman, project manager, and finally vice president of the firm. Construction related experience starting as a laborer, carpenter, surveyors assistant, superintendent, project manager and finally as a state licensed building contractor.

PASCAL MORAILLE
Pascal is the owner and Vice President of R&P Development Corporation since 1990, specializing in residential, commercial, and industrial construction. Fluent in English, French, and Creole, he holds several professional licenses, including General Contractor (CGC# 044268) and Journeyman Carpenter. With over 30 years of experience, Pascal has successfully overseen a wide range of projects, from community centers in Haiti to custom homes and large-scale renovations. His expertise includes general contracting, construction management, and design-build services, with a focus on quality, safety, and code compliance. Pascal is dedicated to the development of the next generation of skilled professionals, having led the Carpenters Apprenticeship Program.

RICKY MALDONADO
Experienced project manager for many years in fields such as: Historic Restoration, Experience Design commercial, 5 star hotel remodel, woodwork and cabinetry, and many residential remodels, under General Contractors and High profile designers such as Johnathan Adler, Rogers Design Group and Amir Kamnipor, John Carney.
Working knowledge as Carpenter, Craftsman, Sculptor, Finisher: Hardwood, Cold Metal, Plastic (Acrylic, Styrene, Delrin), Epoxy, Fiberglass, Drywall, Venetian plaster, concrete, Oil paint, acrylic paint, lacquer (conversion varnish), Gelcoat, and polyurethane

HENRY TORO
Henry is an experienced and accomplished foreman with decades of experience leading successful residential and commercial projects. Having overseen the construction of a dozen Wawa's in the competitive South Florida fuel station space, his efficiency with demanding construction projects, tight safety standards and strict timelines ensures efficient, timely, and safe delivery of projects.
